Regional Law No. 18-OZ regarding state support of insurance of agricultural crops at the regional level.

The present Law establishes the modalities and terms of state support of the producers of agricultural commodities in the process of insuring agricultural crops. State support in the process of insuring agricultural crops can be carried out in the form of subsidies within the limits envisaged by the regional budget for the current financial year and is destined for the producers of the agricultural commodities in order to cover part of insurance payment regarding insurance contract concluded with insurance organizations. The Regional Law consists of 4 articles. Article 1 regards the matter of the legal regulation of the present Law. Article 2 regards state support in the process of insuring agricultural crops. Article 3 establishes the modalities and terms for the concession of subsidies. Article 4 establishes the modalities of enactment of the present Regional Law.
