Abstract
This Regional Law establishes that state support for gardening and horticulture in the regional territory shall be provided to registered and operating in the regional territory. The procedure for the provision of state support is established by the Regional Government, unless otherwise provided by federal and regional laws. It also establishes the procedure for purchase of property of common use located within the boundaries of the territory of gardening or horticulture (roads, power grid facilities, water supply, communications and other facilities) into the regional state property or property of municipalities if such property in accordance with federal law may pertain to state or municipal property by decision of the Regional Government or by decision of local government.
