Abstract
This Regional Law establishes professional qualifications (specialty) and municipal entities employing staff with such professional qualifications (specialty), entitling the workers to allotment free of charge plots of public and municipal land. The aforesaid plots of land shall be available for allotment free of charge to the specified categories of workers in all rural settlements for housing construction and subsidiary smallholding for the period not exceeding six years.
