Abstract
This Regional Law establishes additional restrictions on retail sale (vending) of liquors in the process of provision of catering services in public catering facilities located in apartment buildings and (or) on adjacent territories, authorizing retail sale (vending) of liquors only in the afore-mentioned public catering facilities catering with a general service hall area of at least 40 square meters.
