Regional Law No. 2181-OZ On regulation of some issues related to apiculture.

This Regional Law regulates some issues in the field of apiculture pertaining to the competence of the regional authorities. Regional Legislative Assembly shall have the following powers: (a) adoption of laws in the field of apiculture; and (b) implementation of the adopted laws on apiculture. Regional Administration shall have the following powers: (a) validation of state programs on apiculture; (b) determination of the authorized regional state bodies in the field of apiculture; and (c) performance of other powers in the field of apiculture. Authorized regional state bodies in the field of apiculture shall have the following powers: (a) elaboration and implementation of the regional state programs in the field of apiculture; (b) establishment of the procedure of issuance and keeping veterinary and sanitary certificate of apiary; and (c) other competencies envisaged by the legislation of the Russian Federation and regional legislation. Regional Administration shall implement legal, economic and organizational assistance to natural and legal persons involved in apiculture.
