Regional Law No. 2181-OZ “On some issues of the development of beekeeping.”

This Regional Law regulates some issues in the field of development of beekeeping attributed to the powers of public authorities of constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The powers of the Regional Legislative Assembly in the field of beekeeping shall be as follows: (a) adoption of regional laws in the field of beekeeping development; (b) control over implementation of regional laws in the sphere of beekeeping; 2) control over the implementation of the laws of the region in the sphere of beekeeping development; (c) other powers of the regional legislative (representative) body in the field of beekeeping, stipulated by normative legal acts of the Russian Federation and regional laws. The powers of the Regional Administration in the field of beekeeping development shall be as follows: (a) validation of regional state programs related to the development of beekeeping; (b) determination of authorized regional executive bodies in the field of beekeeping development; (c) other powers of the supreme regional executive body in the field of beekeeping development envisaged by normative legal acts of the Russian Federation and other regional normative legal acts. The powers of the authorized regional executive bodies in the field of beekeeping development include: (a) development and implementation of the regional state programs related to the development of beekeeping; (b) establishment of the procedure for registration and maintenance of veterinary and sanitary certification for apiaries; (c) other powers of the authorized regional executive bodies in the field of beekeeping development, stipulated by the regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation and the regional laws.
