Regional Law No. 23-Z amending Regional Law No. 42-Z “On hunting and conservation of hunting resources”.

Article 14 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Issuance of hunting permits for hunting on hunting grounds of common access shall be performed by the authorized institution in accordance with the modalities set forth by the acting legislation of the Russian Federation. Issuance of hunting permits for commercial hunting on hunting grounds of common access shall not be performed”.
