Abstract
This Regional Law delimits powers of state bodies in the field of fisheries and conservation of aquatic biological resources related to determination of the places of transshipment of catch of aquatic biological resources caught in the process of coastal fisheries, fish products produced from the aforesaid catch on fishing vessels, in live, fresh and cooled state. Legislative Assembly shall have the following powers: (a) adoption of regional laws and implementation thereof; and (b) implementation of other powers envisaged by the federal and the regional legislation. Regional Government shall have the following powers: (a) determination and approval of the places of transshipment; and (b) implementation of other powers envisaged by the federal and the regional legislation.
