Abstract
This Regional Law regulates legal relations in the sphere of concession of plots of subsoil for mining with a view of extraction of common minerals. Subsoil managers shall be considered subjects of entrepreneurial activity, foreign and national legal persons. In cases envisaged by the federal legislation mining with a view of extraction of common minerals shall be subject to issuance of mining licence. Concession of plots of subsoil can be performed with or without tended (auction sale). Subsoil plots can be conceded for a maximum period of 5 years. Mining with a view of extraction of common minerals shall require payment of fees.
Entry into force notes
This Regional Law enters into force ten days after the date of its official publication.
