Regional Law No. 31-oz amending Regional Law No. 107-OZ “On turnover of agricultural land”.

This Regional Law establishes that land under perennial crops have received the status of especially valuable productive farmland. It was decided also to include the following land categories as particularly valuable productive agricultural land: (a) agricultural land on which land reclamation measures were carried out; (b) agricultural land under crops, in respect of which agrotechnological work has been carried out; and (c) land under perennial crops. It is clarified that the agricultural land productivity class used as an indicator of the condition and properties of soils is an integral indicator of soil fertility.
