Regional Law No. 31-OZ “On delimitation of powers between regional state bodies in the field of fisheries and aquaculture (fishfarming).

This Regional Law delimits powers between regional state bodies in the field of fisheries and aquaculture (fishfarming). The powers of the regional Council of People's Deputies in the field of fisheries and aquaculture (fishfarming) shall be as follows: (a) implementation of legislative regulation in the field of fisheries and aquaculture (fish farming); (b) control over implementation of the regional laws in the field of fisheries and aquaculture (fishfarming); and (c) exercise other authorities in accordance with the acting legislation. Regional Governor shall exercise the following powers in the field of fisheries and aquaculture (fishfarming): (a) ensuring coordination of activities in the field of fisheries and aquaculture (fishfarming) of the regional executive bodies together with other regional public authorities and, in accordance with the federal legislation, organization of cooperation with federal executive bodies, their territorial bodies and local government and public associations; and (b) other powers in accordance with the acting legislation.
