Abstract
Article 6 shall be amended to add the following wording: “State support out of regional budget, that does not envisage co-financing out of federal budget, shall not be granted to agricultural economic entities employing foreign labor force, except for seasonal employment of foreign workers in gardening and viticulture; employment of Ukrainian workers recognized refugees, Ukrainian citizens and stateless persons former permanent residents in Ukraine entered the territory of the Russian Federation on emergency humanitarian grounds and highly qualified foreign specialists (experts)”.
