Regional Law No. 32-RZ “On the development of apiculture.”

The scope of this Regional Law shall be to promote apiculture in the regional territory and increase of the productivity of apiculture as a sub-sector of agriculture. The main objectives of beekeeping development in the region shall be support and stimulation of activities of natural persons and legal entities, operating in the field of apiculture, creating conditions to meet the needs of the population in apiculture products. The main objectives of apiculture development shall be as follows: (a) increase the volume of production, processing and sale of products of apiculture; (b) ensuring the protection of rights of natural persons and legal entities engaged in apiculture activities; (c) increase in the number of natural and legal entities carrying out apiculture activities in the region, creation of new jobs in the field of apiculture; (d) development of self-employment of the population through stimulation of apiculture; (e) assistance in professional training of specialists in the field of apiculture; and (f) promotion of international and interregional cooperation in the field of apiculture.
