Regional Law No. 3467-KZ “On the procedure for the use by owners of land plots, land users, landowners, tenants, lessees of land plots for their own needs of existing within the boundaries of their land plots of common minerals and groundwater.”

This Regional Law establishes the procedure for the use by owners of land plots, land users, landowners, tenants, lessees of land plots for their own needs of existing within the boundaries of their land plots of common minerals and groundwater. The aforesaid categories of land users shall be authorized to: (a) use minerals, extracted without blasting operations, that are not recorded in the state balance sheet of minerals; (b) use groundwater, the volume of extraction of which should be no more than 100 cubic meters per day, from aquifers, not being sources of centralized water supply and located over aquifers that are sources of centralized water supply; and (c) build underground structures to a depth of five meters.
