Regional Law No. 365-OZ “On state support of gardening and horticulture for individual personal needs”.

This Regional Law regulates the issues of state support of gardening and horticulture conducted by natural persons for individual personal needs. Its delimits powers of the Regional Assembly, Regional Government and authorized regional executive body in the field of state support of gardening and horticulture for individual personal need in the aforesaid field. State support of gardening and horticulture shall be performed in the following forms: (a) adoption of state programs of support of gardening and horticulture, including investment programs; (b) public awareness campaign with a view of popularization of gardening and horticulture; and (c) allocation of subsidies on competitive basis. State support of gardening and horticulture shall be implemented in the following areas: (a) provision with engineering facilities and infrastructure of gardening and horticultural areas; (b) complex cadastral mapping of gardening and horticultural areas; (c) construction, reconstruction and overhaul of the property of the common use; and (d) information and extension services.
