Abstract
Article 7 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The regional State Administration of Veterinary Medicine performs organization and carrying out of withdrawal of animals and (or) products of animal husbandry in the process of elimination of hotbeds of especially dangerous animal diseases in the regional territory in accordance with the procedure established by the regulatory legal acts of the head of the regional administration (governor).”
