Abstract
Article 6 of the Regional Law No. 531-4-ZKO “On fishing and conservation of aquatic biological resources in the regional territory” shall be amended to add the following wording: “The contract for the use of a fishing area is concluded based on the results of bidding (competitions, auctions) for the right to conclude such a contract, unless otherwise established by the Federal Law No. 166-FZ “On fishing and conservation of aquatic biological resources”.
