Regional Law No. 431-OZ “On some issues of the organization of social services for citizens.”

This Regional Law regulates some issues of the organization of social services for citizens. The powers of the Regional Government include validation of the nutritional standards in the regional social service organizations. In inpatient and semi-permanent form of social services must bi ensured feeding of the recipients of social services, including dietary nutrition for medical reasons according to the norms approved by the regional government. Urgent social services include provision of free hot meals or food packages.
