Regional Law No. 48-RZ “On delegation of some state powers to the regional administration in the field of manufacturing and trade of ethyl alcohol, liquors and spirituous beverages”.

This Regional Law delegates the following state powers to the regional administration in the field of manufacturing and trade of ethyl alcohol, liquors and spirituous beverages: (a) issuance of licenses for retail trade (vending) of liquors (except for wine and sparkling wine) by agricultural producers, registration of issued, suspended and cancelled licenses; (b) licensing control over retail trade (vending) of liquors through public catering facilities (except for manufacturing, supply, storage and retail trade (vending) of wines manufactured by agricultural producers); and (c) performance of mandatory state control over retail trade (vending) of liquors through public catering facilities.
