Regional Law No. 5095-KZ amending Regional Law No. 1690-KZ “On agricultural development”.

This Regional Law establishes requirements for agriculture and regulation of markets for agricultural products, raw materials and food. It has been determined that the regional state program for the development of agriculture and regulation of markets for agricultural products, raw materials and food is a strategic planning document containing a set of planned activities, interconnected in terms of tasks, implementation deadlines, performers and resources and ensuring the most effective development of the designated area. Target indicators of the state program must include indicators of the goals of the state program; indicators of the project and process parts, including indicators of regional (departmental) projects within the framework of which activities are implemented, and indicators of complexes of process activities.
