Abstract
This Regional Law establishes that state support of agricultural production shall be a form of stimulation of production of agricultural commodities by direct financing out of regional budget. State support shall be performed in accordance with the following basic principles: (a) state support to priority spheres of agricultural production; (b) accessibility of state support; (c) consistency and sustainability; and (d) support of entrepreneurs carrying out agricultural production and processing of agricultural commodities, and subsistence farmers. Financial support measures shall consist in financing of some arrangements and subsidies.
