Regional Law No. 545-PK “On the establishment of additional restrictions on retail sales of liquors in the provision of catering services in public catering facilities located in multi-apartment residential buildings and (or) in the adjacent territories (in terms of increasing the dimensions of the area of the service hall in public catering facilities), on the regional territory.”

This Regional Law establishes additional restrictions on retail sales of liquors in the provision of catering services in public catering facilities located in multi-apartment residential buildings and (or) in the adjacent territories (in terms of increasing the dimensions of the area of the service hall in public catering facilities), on the regional territory. Retail sale of liquors in the provision of public catering services in public catering facilities located in residential apartment buildings and (or) in the adjacent territories, shall be authorized only in the specified public catering facilities with visitor service hall with a total area of at least 30 square meters. The area of the service hall is intended as the area of specially equipped premises of a public catering facility, intended for consumption of finished culinary products, confectionery and (or) purchased goods, determined on the basis of inventory and title establishing documents.
