Abstract
This Regional Law establishes exceptional cases of timber extraction in accordance with purchase and sale contract, without allotment of forest parcels, of forest species for public and municipal needs related to procurement of fir trees (spruces) and other coniferous forest species for New Year festivities. The period authorized for timber extraction for the aforesaid purpose shall be from 15 November to 31 December.
