Regional Law No. 632-Z On delimitation of powers of the regional state bodies in the field of the development of apiculture.

This Regional Law delimits powers between legislative and executive regional state bodies. Regional Legislative Assembly shall have the following powers: (a) adoption of laws in the field of apiculture; and (b) implementation of the adopted laws on apiculture. Regional executive bodies shall have the following powers: (a) adoption of normative legislative acts in the field of apiculture; (b) elaboration and implementation of state programs on apiculture; (c) establishment of the procedure of issuance and keeping veterinary and sanitary certificate of apiary; (d) education of careful attitude to bees, protection of bees; (e) assistance to the activities of apiculture associations and information, informational assistance and provision of extension services; and (c) other competencies envisaged by the legislation of the Russian Federation and regional legislation.
