Regional Law No. 78-OZ “On some issues of conducting gardening and horticulture by citizens for individual proper needs.”

This Regional Law regulates some relations of conducting gardening and horticulture by citizens for individual proper needs and determines the forms of state support and horticulture. The main objectives of state support of gardening and horticulture shall be as follows: (a) ensuring the implementation of the rights of citizens in the field of gardening and horticulture; and (b) ensuring favorable conditions for the development of gardening and horticulture. The basic principles of state support for gardening and horticulture shall be as follows: (a) responsibility of the regional state authorities for ensuring favorable conditions for the development of gardening and horticulture; (b) ensuring equal access to obtaining state support of gardening and horticulture in accordance with the terms and conditions of its provision; and (c) targeting and targeted use of state funds for support of gardening and horticulture.
