Abstract
The authorized executive body in field of hunting management will issue permits for the use of hunting resources in publicly accessible hunting grounds in proportion. The exception will be permits for hunting of elk and reindeer. Applicants shall be authorized to receive no more than one hunting permit per season allowing them to hunt the above-mentioned wild fauna species. Regarding the hunting of reindeer, natural persons will be issued no more than 3 permits per season.
