Regional Law No. 92-oz amending Regional Law No. 156-oz “On apiculture.”

This Regional Law regulates certain legal relations, arising in connection with the implementation of activities in the field of apiculture, as well as activities aimed at the conservation of bees in the territory of Leningrad region. Apiculture shall be intended a set of types of economic activities related to breeding, keeping and use of bees, including for pollination of agricultural crops, production and processing of bee products, including provision of services, determined on the basis of the All-Russian classifier of types of economic activities. Organization of measures for the prevention and elimination of bee diseases according to the list approved by the federal executive body, carrying out the functions of developing state policy and legal regulation in the field of agro-industrial complex, shall be carried out in accordance with veterinary legislation of the Russian Federation.
