Regional Ministerial Decree No. 220 regarding validation of the Regulation on trade of foodstuffs.

The President of the Regional Council of Ministers decrees to validate the Regulation. The present Regulation regards all producers and entrepreneurs engaged in purchase, manufacturing and trade of foodstuffs. Registration and licensing of the manufacturers and entrepreneurs must be carried out by territorial administrative institutions by compulsory agreement with the bodies of state sanitary and epidemiological survey. Foodstuffs of vegetable and animal origin of non-industrial manufacturing must comply with state standards currently in force and technical requirements, sanitary norms and must be accompanied by quality certificates. The Regulation consists of 3 Secs. Section 1 lays down general provisions. Section 2 establishes sanitary and hygienic requirements. Section 3 regards duties and establishes liability for the infringement of the present Regulation.
