This Regulation on the procedure for providing by the organizations for orphans and children left without parental care, subordinated to the regional body for social protection of the population, of food or monetary compensation for the purchase of food to children in institutions for orphans and children left without parental care, in the temporary transfer to the families of citizens. The amount of food or the amount of monetary compensation for their purchase shall be calculated autonomously by the aforesaid organizations. The applicant must submit to the aforesaid organizations application for the provision of food or monetary compensation. The delivery of food is carried out by the organization for orphans on the day of the transfer of the child to the applicant at the rate of 15 days lump sum. If, after the specified period, the child has not been returned to the orphanage organization, delivery of food (payment of monetary compensation) is carried out on the basis of the following 15 days without re-submittal of the application.
