Abstract
This Regional Order establishes the procedure of registration of conservation obligation related to nature monuments of regional significance. The Agency shall draw up conservation obligations for nature monuments on the basis of proposals received from owners and tenants of land plots on which nature monuments are located, who undertake obligations to ensure the regime of special protection of nature monuments. Draft conservation obligation is prepared by the specialists of the authorized structural subdivision of the Agency in accordance with the form contained in the Annex. Conservation obligation shall be executed in two copies (one copy for each party). Conservation obligation is signed by the Head of the Agency or a person acting on his/her behalf and certified by a seal. Conservation obligation is sent to the conservatory person for review and signing in two copies by registered mail with notification within 5 working days or is delivered against signature directly to the conservatory person. Conservatory person shall review and sign the conservation obligation within 10 working days. After signing by the conservatory person, one copy of the signed conservation obligation shall remain with the conservatory person, while the second copy shall be sent to the Agency within 5 working days by registered mail with notification. Annex 1 contains Model form of certificate of nature monument of regional significance.
