Resolution No. 291 of the Ministry of Agriculture validating the Regulation for providing information to the federal state information system in the field of seed production of agricultural crops, the procedure for providing information contained in the federal state information system in the field of seed production of agricultural crops, and sending requests for the provision of information contained in the said system, including in electronic form, forms for sending requests for the provision of information contained in the federal state information system in the field of seed production of agricultural crops, including in electronic form, and forms for providing information contained in the said system.

Entities operating in the field of seed production, using a personal account, provide the following information to the federal state information system in the field of seed production of agricultural plants Seed Production: (a) on the place of production of seeds of agricultural plants, the place of cultivation of agricultural plants; (b) on the actual production volumes of seeds of varieties or hybrids of agricultural plants (indicating the parental forms of hybrids), including domestic selection, produced in the territory of the Russian Federation, and transactions with them, including informing the originator and (or) author of the variety or hybrid, and (or) the holder(s) of the exclusive right if the variety or hybrid has a patent; (c) on the indicators of varietal and sowing (planting) qualities of seeds of agricultural plants; (d) on the volumes of sold seeds of agricultural plants, with the exception of seeds of agricultural plants sold in consumer packaging to natural persons for personal use; (e) on the presence (absence) of genetically modified organisms in agricultural plant seeds, with the exception of agricultural plant seeds sold in consumer packaging to natural persons for personal use; (f) on the volumes of agricultural plant seeds used for food and (or) feed and (or) technical purposes; (g) on varieties or hybrids of agricultural plants, including domestic selection, information about which is entered in the State Register, as well as in the State Register of Protected Selection Achievements; (h) on agricultural plant seeds imported into the Russian Federation and exported from the Russian Federation; (i) on scientific research in the field of seed production and selection of agricultural plants, conducted by scientific organizations and educational organizations; and (j) on the organization of localization of production of agricultural plant seeds on the territory of the Russian Federation.
