Resolution No. 432 of the Ministry of Agriculture validating the procedure for carrying out an inventory of grape plantations.

Inventory of grape plantations, including work on assessing the compliance of data from the federal register of grape plantations with the actual state of grape plantations, is carried out by Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision of the Russian Federation (Rosselkhoznadzor), territorial bodies of Rosselkhoznadzor. The subject of the inventory are grape plantations located within the boundaries of the national territory. During the inventory of grape plantations, an assessment is made of the conformity of the data in the federal register of grape plantations with the actual state of the grape plantations in relation to the following information: (a) the location of the grape plantation in the form of a diagram in graphical form indicating the coordinates of its boundaries with an accuracy that allows the use of the global navigation satellite system of the Russian Federation GLONASS for their determination, cadastral numbers of the land plot or land plots on which the grape plantation is located, individual numbers of such land plot or land plots in the federal register of lands suitable for grape planting (if any); (b) the area of the grape plantation; (c) information on the persons in whose use the land plots on which the grape plantations are located are located, and information on the legal grounds for the emergence of the right to use such land plots; (d) information on the persons in whose use the grape plantations are located, and information on the legal grounds for the emergence of the right to use the grape plantations; (e) date of planting of grape plantations; (f) total number of grape bushes, number of grape bushes per unit area (hectare) and planting scheme (in terms of number of grape bushes); (g) data on varietal composition of rootstock and scion; and (h) data on phytosanitary condition of grape plantations (in terms of monitoring quarantine phytosanitary condition of the territory of the Russian Federation).
