Resolution No. 669 of the Ministry of Agriculture validating the List of biological waste.

The List of biological waste includes: (a) animal remains: animal carcasses, including their parts; dead animal embryos, stillborn and aborted fetuses of animals, including their parts; (b) objects of animal origin that are the result of veterinary activities: organs, tissues of animals or their fragments formed during veterinary manipulations, autopsy of corpses of animals and ichthyopathological studies; remains of samples of pathological and biological material of animals after laboratory studies, samples of products of animal origin after veterinary and sanitary examination, samples of pathological and biological material of animals or products of animal origin that are not suitable for laboratory research or for veterinary and sanitary examination; (c) veterinary confiscations; and (d) waste obtained during the processing of food and non-food raw materials of animal origin: waste of animal origin generated at the slaughter sites of animals (slaughterhouse waste); waste obtained during the primary processing of hunting resources.
