Instructions N. 08/52 of 01/10/2018/ Regulating Interventions of Stakeholders/Partners in the Development of the Cooperative Sector.

This document contains 10 (ten) Instructions issued by the Director General of the Rwanda Cooperative Agency to address how stakeholders/partners should relate with cooperative societies. It places certain obligations and responsibilities on the stakeholders/partners. It starts off by authorizing stakeholders to freely identify cooperative societies to cooperate with, and provides that stakeholders/partners must abide by the National Policy on Cooperatives and all the other legal framework guiding cooperatives in the country, among others. They are also meant to serve as guidelines for stakeholders/partners in the conduct of their activities with cooperatives.
