Abstract
This Order determines the composition, organisation, functioning, responsibilities, and operation levels of land committees. Land committees operate at Cell level and Sector level. Article 15 outlines the responsibilities of the land committee at the Cell level, which include providing information about landholders during the first registration, unregistered land, and land with unregistered changes, except when there is an objection. The committee also provides information needing validation from the Sector level committee, such as escheat land, unregistered State land, and land usurped by individuals. If committee members at the Cell level have a personal interest in a case, the file is transferred to the Sector level. Article 16 details the Sector level committee's duties, including validating information from the Cell level and addressing objections or conflicts of interest. The text consists of 24 Articles divided into IV Chapters.
