Prime Minister’s Order n° 014/03 determining the organisational structure of Rwanda Food and Drugs Authority.

This Order establishes the organisational structure of the Rwanda Food and Drugs Authority, as detailed in its annex. It also stipulates that employee salaries and fringe benefits follow the Salary Structure approved by the Cabinet on 01/08/2023, available through the Ministry in charge of public service. Implementation of this Order is entrusted to the Ministers of Public Service and Labour, Health, and Finance and Economic Planning. Food Department is responsible for the activities related to Food Registration and Information Control Division, Food Imports & Exports Control and Food Safety Monitoring, Inspections and Licensing.
