Abstract
The Sebeya Catchment Management Plan is a sectoral policy covering the period of 2018 to 2024. The objectives of this Plan for the Sebeya catchment areas are: (I) implementation of the landscape restoration measures in priority sub-catchments (Karambo with Sebeya downstream and Sebeya upstream) to minimize floods and landslides, (II) equitable allocation of available water resources for all users of current and future generations, and (III) strengthened water governance framework to ensure effective implementation of integrated programs.
