Abstract
Anti-Corruption Act lays down rules to introduce measures to combat corruption and for the establishment, functions and powers of the Solomon Islands Independent Commission Against Corruption, and the principles and procedures of investigation and prosecution of corruption offences. This Act makes several amendments in the Penal Code, the Companies Act 2009 and the Telecommunications Act 2009.
