Assignment of Responsibility to the Minister for Agriculture and Livestock 2011 (L.N. No. 118 of 2011).

This Legal Notice of the Governor-General, made under section 37 of the Constitution, assigns responsibility for the administration of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock and for the conduct of the business of the Government of Solomon Islands in respect to matters as specified in the Schedule to the Minister for Agriculture and Livestock. Duties of the Minister concern, among other things; agricultural research and development agriculture, quarantine services, livestock development, veterinary services and the Livestock Development Authority.
