Assignment of Responsibility to the Minister for Infrastructure and Development (L.N. No. 132 of 2011).

This Legal Notice of the Governor-General, made under section 37 of the Constitution, assigns responsibility for the administration of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Development and for the conduct of the business of the Government of Solomon Islands in respect to matters as specified in the Schedule to the Minister for Infrastructure and Development. Duties of the Minister concern, among other things: marine inspection, licensing and registration and the Solomon Islands Ports Authority.
