Abstract
This Act makes provision for the protection of consumers and provides rules relative to fair marketing practices and relevant contracting.
The objectives of the Act shall be to protect the rights and interests of the consumer and to establish certain standards of conduct by those engaged in the production, sale and distribution of goods and services to consumers, including the supply of water.
