Fisheries (Amendment) Regulations 1995 (L.N. No. 85 of 1995).

These Regulations amend the Fisheries Regulations in the Second Schedule in respect of annual licence fees for purse seine vessels, pole and line vessels, longline fishing vessels an local fishing vessels. The amended Schedule also specifies fees for each fish export permit issued and fees for shore-based fish processing establishments.
