Abstract
These Regulations lay down rules for the prohibited activities in relation to fish or fishing gear. To this end, these Regulations shall apply only to activities, fish and gear specified in the schedule. Column 1 lists the prohibited activities, Column 2 lists the prohibition of catching certain species for any size and some species below minimum sizes, and Column 3 lists the penalty for each offence. Prohibited activities include fish for, shark finning, sell, buy, import or export.

These Regulations are made by the Minister of Fisheries and Marine Resources in compliance with the Section 129 of the Fisheries Management Act 2015.
