Abstract
These Regulations amend the Fisheries (PNA Third Implementing Arrangement) Regulations 2012 in regulation 6(1) on the prohibition of deployment into the sea or servicing of a Fish Aggregating Device or any associated electronic equipment within the arrangement areas between indicated hours of days of a specified period during the year.
