Abstract
This Order amends the Fisheries (Sale of beche-de-mer) Order 2010 by adding paragraph 5: "The export license referred to in paragraph 2 may authorize in addition to the sale of the seized product, any green snail or other stock of beche-de-mer currently in possession of Haizen Trading Limited. The proceeds of such sale shall be subject to the conditions specified in paragraph 4" .
