Abstract
These Regulations, made by the Minister of Fisheries and Marine Resources under sections 18 of the Fisheries Act 1998, provide for a specific and temporary approval, subject to the licence requirement of section 16 of the Act, to carry out test fishing operation using Seine Light Fishing method.
