Abstract
The Act declares provisions of Articles 1, 3, 4, 5, and 6 (inclusive the Annexes and Schedules referred to therein) of the Treaty between the United States and certain Pacific Island States to have the force of law (sect. 3). The Minister may, by order, make provisions to further give effect to provisions of the Treaty (sect. 4). (9 sections and Schedule containing the text of the Treaty)
