This Notice, made by the Minister under section 4 of the Forest Resources and Timber Utilisation Act, exempts land listed in the Schedule from the provisions of that section. Section 4 requires a licence to be obtained for commercial felling. That land shall be used for the cultivation of cocoa, coconut and other cash crops.
