Abstract
The Order provides that certain persons (the members of the Rendova Plantation Owners Association Trust Board) are exempted from the provisions of section 4 of the Forest Resources and Timber Utilisation Act, to fell, harvest, extract and export up to 42,000 cubic metres (m3) only of teak, mahogany, and eucalyptus logs from smaller farm holdings from Rendova, Western Province.

This Order shall expire upon exporting or sale of the total cubic metres exempted in clause 1 of the Order.
