Forest Resources and Timber Utilisation Fees Regulations 1988 (L.N. 41 of 1988).

These Regulations, made under section 44 of the Forest Resources and Timber Utilisation Act, prescribe, for purposes of the Act, fees payable in respect of the matter specified in the Schedule (application for and grant or renewal of licences). The Regulations also validate existing applications made and licences and permits granted under sections 5, 18, 19 or 28 of the Act.
